Investment Projects

17 Haven Ave. Totowa - New Construction 4 bedroom single family home completed.

51st Street, North Bergen - New construction of (4) two family homes one block to light rail station.

Construction underway - plans presented and approved by board including 4 new two family homes overlooking the Meadowlands and only 1 block to the Tonnele Avenue light rail station. Removal of old abandoned factory was a nice change for the neighborhood!

- Property purchased included an abandoned commercial building which was demolished
- Plans drawn/presented to board and major subdivision approved including four lots, each consisting of a two family home.

61112 Meadwoview Ave. North Bergen - Vacant lot
- Single family lot approved by the board for a large 4 bedroom home. Construction underway.

74th and 1st Ave. - Double lot in North Bergen, NJ
- Single family home with vacant lot; Property subdivided and vacant lot approved for new 1 family.
- Existing single family was completely renovated and sold end of March.
- Construction of the new single family completed in February 2017.

General Customer Projects

Teaneck, NJ

February 2018 - Second floor addition and complete rehabilitation of fire damaged single family home.

Wood-Ridge, NJ

November 2017 - Right side and rear extension + full house rehabilitation of exiting single family home.

Paramus, NJ

December 2016 - Construction completed. Rehabilitate fire damaged single family with 2nd floor addition, new rear deck, lemonade porch, and expansion of single car garage to 2 car garage
